What a sinking fund is
A sinking fund is money you set aside a little at a time for a cost you know is coming: car insurance, holidays, a new laptop, annual subscriptions. Divide the cost by the months left and save that each month, so the bill never hits all at once.
How the free tracker works
- On Goals, type each goal, its target amount and target date.
- Log every deposit or withdrawal on Log.
- Goals shows saved so far, still needed, months left and how much to save per month to make it on time.
