What it does
- Total budget vs committed vs paid vs still to pay
- Vendor deposits and payment due dates
- Guest list with RSVP and meal counts
- Cost per guest and days to go
- Works in Google Sheets and Excel; any currency

Four numbers that matter
- Total budget: what you are willing to spend in all.
- Committed: what you have agreed to pay vendors so far.
- Paid: deposits and payments already made.
- Still to pay: committed minus paid, with due dates so nothing surprises you.
Cost per guest
The guest list counts RSVPs and party sizes. Cost per guest helps when you weigh a longer guest list against a nicer venue or menu: every extra guest adds catering, drinks, stationery and favours.
How to set it up
- Type your total budget and wedding date on the Budget tab, then split it across categories.
- Add each vendor as you book them: total price, deposit, balance and due date.
- Add guests as invitations go out and update RSVPs as they arrive.
Tip: keep 5-10% of the budget as a contingency line for last-minute costs.
